Upload a clear photo of the handwriting directly when placing your order using the “Upload Files” option.
For the best result, photograph the handwriting straight-on in good lighting. Dark writing on a light background works best.
Your engraving can come from:

👉To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
👉Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Original Shipping charges to buyer is not refundable, including free shipping orders)
👉 Your refund will be processed in 3 business day after we receive the item that you returned.
