Returns:

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, the following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom orders

Personalized products.

- Returns are accepted for non-custom items, with buyers responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please provide the tracking number for the return to prevent delays.
- Refunds are possible for non-custom items returned in their original undamaged condition.
Custom Items:

Custom orders are generally considered final sale due to their unique, handmade nature.

However, if you have questions or encounter issues with your custom item, please contact us. We'll work together to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you an email notification.
- Once approved (usually within 2 business days), your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts:

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value.

Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Melt’m Jewelry is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
