HOW TO FIND OUT YOUR WRIST SIZE ! Measure around the wrist just below the wrist bone. Choose a place where you would normally wear a bracelet. To take the measurement, use a measuring tape or even a strip of paper and a ruler. To use the strip of paper, mark where the end of the bracelet needs to be and then measure the paper with a ruler. This is your wrist size. Whether you want it to fit snugly or loose. This cuff is open half inch, making it adjustable. When you order your cuff, please select a half inch smaller than your wrist size.

MATERIAL 100% quality 14k gold filled. More durable and longer lasting than any gold plated items. Gold-filled is composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base metal. Gold-filled is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. 100x thicker than gold plate. Gold filled jewelry never tarnish or turn green. It's a great alternative to solid 14k gold. You can use 10-30 years if you follow some caring tips.

STERLING SILVER! We are using 925 Solid Sterling Silver, which requires polishing from time to time from oxidation. You can easily restore silver back to shine with a polishing cloth.
