MATERİAL AND DETAILS
***Feather is 14k solid yellow gold and 30mm length and 7mm wide.
***14k solid yellow gold 1.3mm chain hang on each side of feather and it is horizontal. We can also make it vertical.
***Chain length could be 16", 18" or 20" available from drop down menu.

*** All our raw materials are sourced from US-based companies for the quality and safety of our handmade products.
*** We create this necklace specifically for you at our local studio in Redlands, California. Our small workshop specializes in crafting handmade jewelry.

HOW TO FIND OUT YOUR NECK SIZE !
Measure around your neck. Choose a place where you would you wear your necklace. To take the measurement, use a piece of string and a ruler. Cut the string where it is comfortable around your neck, and then measure the piece of string with a ruler. This will be the length of your necklace.

My regular package is organza gift pouches or small gift box for protection. If you would like special gift wrapping for each item separately is available for an additional $5 available in cart (select "this order is a gift", then "add gift wrapping".

🌏 We are a local jewelry workshop based in California, USA. We ship our products to Canada, the EU, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland.
🌏 We send all international orders with DHL Express or DHL e-commerce with special discounted shipping options and fast delivery.
🌏 Please leave your phone number at the section of special instructions (at the check out) for secure delivery of your packages.
🌏Taxes (The EU VAT, GST for Australia and Canada and Taxes for UK) and custom duties are already included in the price during the checkout. We offer delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping at checkout. The duty and tax amounts that are displayed at checkout to our customers are guaranteed. The customers will not be charged any extra fee for delivery.
👉 We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
👉For returns, contacts us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery
👉Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
👉To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
👉Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Shipping cost to buyer is not refundable)
👉 Your refund will be processed in 3 business day after we receive the item that you returned.
📍Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for Custom orders or personalized products.
